Your appointments are very important to us and are reserved specifically for you. We understand that sometimes life happens and schedule adjustments will need to occur. 
 

All appointments require a 48 hour notice of cancellation: 

  • When running late to an appointment, please call The Mill Salon to see if your services are still able to be accommodated.

  • Guest arriving more than 15 minutes late may be require to be rescheduled to an available appointment time.

  • After the first cancellation with less than a 48-hour notice, you will be required to pay 50% of the services of your cancelled appointment at the time of booking your new appointment.

  • If ANY no call/no show appointments occur, you will be required to pay 50% of the missed appointment service price plus a $25 fee in order to book an appointment.
    If two or more cancellations or no call/no show appointments occur, all future appointments will require a non refundable 50% deposit that will go towards your service price of your next scheduled appointment.

  • If fees are owed to The Mill Salon you will not be able to book an appointment until your account is paid in full, no exceptions.
